Q:	What is TRBOnet?
A:	TRBOnet is a registered trademark of software products developed specially for Motorola radios
Q:	What applications do you have for MOTOTRBO?
A:	All our six products are for MOTOTRBO radios. The main products: TRBOnet Enterprise as a DispatchSoftware and TRBOnet Watch as a monitoring and diagnostic software
Q:	Does TRBOnet Enterprise include the GPS location?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet Enterprise includes GPS location service, Text Messages, Telemetry, Lone Worker, Alarm Management and many other featrures.
Q:	What map formats does TRBOnet support?
A:	Currently TRBOnet Enterprise/PLUS works with Open Street Maps, Bing, Google Earth, MapPoint2009, ESRI, MapInfo, Shape and few others. Also TRBOnet supports raster maps (i.e., MapLib format)
Q:	Can I run TRBOnet RadioServer on Linux/Unix?
A:	Unfortunately, currently not. You can install and run TRBOnet products on Windows only (Windows7, Windows Server 2003/2008, Vista)
Q:	I have the cable PMKN4016? Can I use it with TRBOnet without any modification?
A:	Yes, for GPS, Text Messages, ARS, Telemetry, Lone Worker and other features - you can use a regular programming cable without modification. But, to get access to TRBOnet "voice" capabilities you have to modify the cable - add analog audio wires (because currently it is impossible to get mototrbo digital audio via USB)
Q:	Does TRBOnet support GPS Revert?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet Enterprise supports GPS Revert as well as Enhanced GPS and CSBK GPS.
Q:	I would like to limit dispatcher's features. For example, a dispatcher must not be able to change a channel or kill radio. Is it possible?
A:	Yes, sure. There are two roles in TRBOnet: administrator and dispatcher. You should create a new user with role "dispatcher" and select options only what must be available for this user. Take a look at DispatcherConsole/Administer/Create User Form/Advanced
Q:	Can I install TRBOnet Enterprise (client and server) on a single PC?
A:	Yes, you can install both - DispatcherConsole and RadioServer - on a single PC.
Q:	Does TRBOnet has the voice recording feature?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet Enterprise and Watch includes the recording feature. The software records all conversations in a channel: Broadcast Calls, Groups Calls, Dispatcher Calls, Private Calls from a dispatcher to a radio, and from a radio to a dispatcher. Please note: private calls between subscriber radios are recorded in case of DIRECT IP CONNECT to repeaters only.(TRBOnet Enterprise 2.8 or higher)
Q:	Does TRBOnet support Linked CapacityPlus?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet supports Linked CapacityPlus and all other MOTOTRBO systems including ConnectPlus.
Q:	How to export recorded GPS info to CSV or any other format?
A:	Go to DispatcherConsole -> Reports and Statistics. Make a GPS report. You will see the option "Export to..." on the report toolbar.
Q:	Everything works great. But when I go into private call, the PTT turns grey and does not function, meaning that it cannot go green when pressed.
A:	The reason for this issue is that the master radio ID specified in CPS is not the same as specified in RadioServer configuration. Set the correct Master Radio ID in RadioServer configuration and private calls will work as expected.
Q:	Direct IP Connect to repeaters. The audio from Dispatcher to radios works fine. But no audio from radios to Dispatcher.
A:	Check if you use Privacy (Basic or Enhacned). If yes, then create Privacy keys in RadioServer Configurator.
Q:	Audio works fine, but data (GPS, Text) does not work at all. Firewall is disabled. What could be a problem?
A:	Make sure that CAI is the same in CPA and RadioServer Configuration
Q:	Open Microphone feature does not work!
A:	Go to CPS and make sure that the option "Signaling Systems->Remote Monitor Decode" is enabled for your subscribers
Q:	Can Enterprise and Watch be installed on the same PC?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet Enterprise and Watch can be installed on the same PC. Just make sure that the products have different LOCAL Ports and Peer IDs
Q:	Can TRBOnet be installed on Windows 8?
A:	Yes, both TRBOnet Enterprise/PLUS and TRBOnet Watch support Windows 8 (and WinServer)
Q:	What is the best GPS update I may have on my MOTOTRBO system?
A:	The best GPS interval available for MOTOTRBO is 7.5 seconds. That requires a dedicated Data Revert repeater(channel) and supported by Extended Portfolio radios only.
Q:	Does TRBOnet supports AES Encryption?
A:	Yes, TRBOnet Enterprise/PLUS 4.6 or higher supports both MSI and DMR versions of AES 256.
Q:	Can I install TRBOnet Mobile Client (BETA) on my IPhone?
A:	No, currently TRBOnet Mobile Client can be installed on an Android (v4.0 or higher) device only.
Q:	On arrival of an alarm, can we generate a phone call (with the SIP option) and distribute a voicemail message?
A:	Yes, this functionality is available. TRBOnet Enterprise/PLUS - > Alarm Management Module.
